Amino polyethylene glycol hydroxyl (nh2-peg-oh) is a kind of heterobifunctional peg crosslinking agent with hydroxyl and amine groups. The amine group can react with many amine reaction groups, such as NHS, carboxylic acid, epoxide and aldehyde. On the other hand, hydroxyl groups can be activated by other chemical reactions. Peg between amine and hydroxyl groups has good water solubility and flexible connection length.
